My truck is so low i am looking at purchasing 2 inch drop spindles and 2 inch blocks to raise it up, lol . with the added weight of stereo equipment and tonnaue cover i am dragging asphalt and rubbing tires...
The place I am getting my spindles and shocks from also has a 3 inch leaf spring set... any word on it before? Everything else I ordered is Bell Tech.
Im like Mr.Barlocher.Ive installed Belltech on my third 720.I wish Id done it sooner cuz it made all the differance in the world.Spindles in front and the shocks both front and back. The back shocks are eye loop to eye loop so you need to custmize your rear shackles.Good luck.
Used a complete Belltech kit on mine, although it still uses 3 inch blocks in the rear. Pretty nice kit, comes with 2 inch drop spindles and shocks up front, 3 inch blocks and shocks for the rear. Plus I'm in the process of having a spring shop make me some new leaf springs as well. Some stiffer torsion bars up front would be nice as well, still working on trying to find those.
Has anyone installed actual suspension components on their truck, or just gone the torsion bar and block route?
Yeah, I've decided this group will stay, no worries lol
I'd love for the group to remain
Dont stop this group, I just found it. Besides my truck rides 1/2 inch off the ground for the last 20 years without bags or hydraulics. Its chopped, dropped, shaved suicide doors and much more.
i would like to stay part of the group, but as long as im part of 720 world im ok.
Without objection, I will be deleting the group in the near future. Please comment here if you wish it to remain. If enough people want it, I'll keep it for the foreseeable future. I hope we get some chatter here.
