32/36 weber rebuild and valve cover job.

Hi ya'll, I just rebuilt my Weber and cleaned my valve cover gasket and put back on.I bought my 32/36 DGEV Weber about 4 years ago,the gaskets needed changing.Got the kit from Ebay.Didn't change the power valve,it was good,it doesn't come with 92.3237.05 rebuild kit. Also tested it.Valve cover wasn't old,had a little leak by the number 3 exhaust spark plug, seems like that's where it always leak, hmmm.Torgued it to 2.2 lbs like the book says in a criss cross pattern like always. The inside of the…See More

Hey Tom, can you somehow send me a photo of your rear bumper brackets? I can’t seem to find rear brackets for step bumper, like the one on your truck. I believe you have same year as mine, 1984?....

Tommy, This is Bill Freeman. I have a truck just like yours but red. I change everything over to chrome on the bumpers plus had it painted.I will be having pictures later. I had a hose to go out on my ac and had one made by Lanier Hydrolic's in Gainesville Ga. Most hydrolics do ac hoses also.It cost me 54.00 but works good. Also on the compressor, there is three different ones. A metric with O-rings, A standard thread with O-rings, and a Standard with flare fittings. Mine is the standard with flare fittings. Parts Auto on line has all three. About 250.00 however the Air drier is wrong. I bought mine on Amazon and it is for a 1980 porche. Fits fine. part #UAC RD 2501C A/C Receiver Drier . Got to go back to work. Hope this help. I will be putting my profile and pictures on later. Thanks for the welcome. PS GO DAWGS.
